Through consulting lots of relevant references , present research of direct drive volume control hydraulic servo system is summarized in this paper , the principle and character of this system are expatiated , the principle of vector control is introduced . at the same time , the mathematical model of ac asynchronous motor is set up based on the vector control theory . the mathematical models of both the pump controlled motor and pump controlled cylinder are set up and simulated in this paper 在查閱大量國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,本文綜述了國內(nèi)外對該系統(tǒng)研究概況,闡述了該類系統(tǒng)原理和特點;闡述了矢量控制的基本原理,并基于這一原理建立交流異步電動機的數(shù)學(xué)模型;分別建立了泵控馬達系統(tǒng)和泵控缸系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并給出了仿真分析;設(shè)計了用于泵控馬達系統(tǒng)的集成閥塊,加工了密閉壓力油罐;針對現(xiàn)有直驅(qū)式電液伺服裝置所存在的問題,本文主要針對系統(tǒng)工作過程中所產(chǎn)生的噪音與爬行問題進行了一定的研究。
